The service can be carried out on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. No matter how often we visit you, we make sure that your common areas are clean and welcoming at all times. The service includes dusting and polishing all common skirting boards, windows, window frames, window sills, doors, mirrors, lift doors, door handles, vacuuming the whole area, cleaning outside the building and maintaining the rubbish area, if available.

This service may be booked on a daily, weekly or fortnightly basis.

Common Areas Cleaning Includes:

Dust and wipe all doors and frames.
Dust and wipe all skirting boards.
Dust and wipe all light switches, sockets.
Dust and wipe all window frames and sills.
Dust and wipe + polish inside/out lifts.
Polish all mirrors.
Vacuum clean all carpets + mop hard floors.
Clean reception area (dust and wipe desk, dust soft furniture, polish glass and wood items)
Clean and sanitize toilets and washrooms.
Change all bins liners and dispose of at a designated area.
Pick rubbish outside building and around bin areas.
Sweep parking area.
